Vibram Fivefingers V-Run Mens
€118 – €126
Vibram FiveFingers V-RUN – Whenever you want to go running, the Vibram FiveFingers V-RUN will keep your feet cool through breathable material. If you want to remove the classic footwear and choose a minimalist style, the V-RUN model lets you get close to your running style with thinner soles and therefore provides the ‘barefoot’ experience. Within this product, you will fund a number of different types;
VI-LITE – Just as lightweight, these shoes have the maximum size for cushioning for shock absorption and this also leads to the conservation of energy.
XS RUN – Ultimately, the idea with this one is to keep the hardness stable regardless of temperature and the ground under-foot. When you come across the usually slippery smooth surfaces, the extra grip will kick in and keep you secure.
MONT – Finally, this is ideal for when you’re taking your exercise to the next level (quite literally) with trekking or even mountaineering. When testing yourself, you need your shoes to help not hinder and this is what the MONT offers.

What defines a good fit?
When your heel is seated comfortably into the back of the shoe once all of your toes are inside each toe pocket. When you stand up your toes should be comfortable, relaxed and flat.
There should be a bit of space at the end of each toe pocket and a bit of space around the heel to allow for swelling after exercise or wearing on a hot day, anywhere from 1mm to 5mm is good for the toes. It’s acceptable for one of your toes to be just touching the end of the toe pocket but nothing more. You should avoid a tight fit where your toes are right at the end of the pockets as tight does not allow the toes or foot to move naturally.
The one comment we regularly get is that the little toe feels funny. Of all the toes, the little toe is the one that gets pushed into the foot the most as a result of the less than natural footwear we wear in modern society. This sensation is simply the little toe being gently encouraged back out, this sensation dissipates very quickly within a few minutes.
For best results in finding your size, we recommend measuring both feet, heel to toe. Standing with your heels against a flat wall:
1. Slide ruler under each foot
2. Be sure to measure the end of the longest toe
3. Take the longer of the two measurements
4. Use our sizing chart
Foot shapes & sizes vary greatly from person to person. FiveFingers® do provide some fit adjustment, but may not fit every foot type. To achieve the best fitting results for the particular style you are interested in, we recommend you follow the sizing chart. While not definitive and impossible to be exact, it has proven to be accurate most of the time.

Awesome. The only thing is, they actually got a little large for me. I use them to exercise at home and for the beach. I never feel pain in my feet from using them, not even when they were new.

I’ve ran about 7 miles in these so far. A warm up mile when I first got then and now 2 3 milers. They feel amazing. A little bit of an adjustment to my running style, but overall good.

This is my favorite Vibram shoe. Its the most comfortable with the least amount of seams of any Vibram shoe. It fits well and after has been broken in I don’t have any issues with blistering. On the first couple of runs when I have a new shoe, if I forget to bandage my heal I’ll get blisters there after a long run, but that’s a short term issue.
But this probably isn’t a great shoe if you’re running on a dirt path with a lot of debris; part of the comfort level of the shoe is that the tread is as thin as possible, so if you run on a rock or kick one, you will feel it.

This is the most comfy pair of five fingers shoes I’ve purchased. I love these things and by wearing them I’ve eliminated most of my back pain. These provide your body with mother natures geometry. Other tennis shoes and shoes in general like to elevate the heel. This for me has caused problems. Since I started wearing these various five fingers shoes, problems gone away.

Been wearing Vibram Five Finger Shoes for over five years now, If you take the time to strengthen your feet and get used to wearing them. You’ll never want to wear a regular shoe again.

I could never really run. Never enjoyed it until I discovered barefoot running.
In the last two months I got up to a point where I can comfortably run 5ks during my regular cardio workouts (3-4 times a week).
I highly recommend these shoes – with a caveat. Be sure to prepare your feet for barefoot (forefoot/midfoot) running. If you’ve been heelstriking all your life you won’t be ready. Take it slow, do feet/calf excercises, start running in small distances.

Great shoes for the beach or the pool. I don’t like sandals or flip-flops. These have holes that allow water to drain out which is crucial for when they are submerged. I wouldn’t run in these or wear them as sneakers. There is absolutely no cushioning or support.

Awesome shoes, my favorite Five Fingers for pavement, the gym, and around the house. They have enough padding to let you wear them all day but are thin enough to still feel the ground. I found them to fit true to size.
Akira –
I wish they were a little thinner all around so they would feel lighter and more breathable, but it’s a solid purchase. I run in these regularly and enjoy the strapping mechanism.

It is a great product. It fits my purpose.
My running is almost all on treadmill these days. I want to lose 30-40 pounds and just need some basic mileage (15-20 mpw).
When I run outdoors I run with Brooks Ghost 6. But that leaves me with shin splints.
Running with 5F, I am more conscious of the strike. I can focus on toe strike and that never gives me shin splints.
And the price for all this is I must stick to treadmill… I am not sure if it would be comfortable to take these outdoors.
At least I haven’t yet done that.

LOVE LOVE LOVE these shoes! I’ve tried about 7 or 8 Vibram Five Finger models in the past couple months and haven’t cared for the way they fit and returned them immediately, but as soon as I tried these on the first time, I knew I was in love.

The Vibram V-Run is an excellent shoe for people who appreciate minimalist barefoot-style running, and I highly recommend it. (If you are new to barefoot-style running, it is incredibly important to start with short mileage and take a month or two to build up to marathon training distance in the shoe). I am a recreational marathoner, averaging three marathons a year and training 30 to 35 miles a week. I am loving these shoes so far.

Always been a big fan, but now I use these of running on the treadmill at the gym. A thicker sole guarantees some cushion when running. If you run on the balls of your feet, then these are perfect for you. Interested to see how long these last.
Qiyang –
I used to run short distances (4 miles or less) pure barefoot for many years. Feet started to become extra calloused this year (getting old I guess) so I decided to get some more protection.
These shoes are great. Use them on pavement and light gravel with no complaints. Fits like a glove when I can get them on – I never seem to get the toes lined up until a few tries.

I’m not the type of person to leave reviews, mainly because the product hasn’t impressed me to the fact that I would need to write one. A little backstory of my feet. I had a pair of Vibram’s a few years ago. They were great, but I had stopped wearing them for a while. I got sick for about a year(cancer) and as I was healthy I picked up running again. Mind you, I was using “running shoes.” After that, I developed a pain in my heel after each run. It increased. This must of happened for about a few months. I stretched and tried to do rehab exercises. I read about different people suffering plantar fasciitis and how barefoot shoes rid them of the pain. I bought these pair and I feel like I can push better off the ground. Long story short, I no longer suffer from plantar fasciitis. I aim to keep buying Vibrams, no matter the looks I get.
Stevo –
The uppers feel a bit cheaper and thinner than my last pair. So far, they are holding up well. They haven’t made it to their first wash yet.
Jimmy C. –
The upper feels a little more stretchy and it has holes in it for breathability. Like the Bikila Evo, this hits my sweet spot between going barefoot and running in shoes.
Chrisariel –
I had a pair of these in the past and decided to buy a new pair. These are comfortable for walking/hiking, though I will not recommend for running as they do not offer sufficient support. Overall, great quality, breathable, comfortable. recommend.
Brian –
I wear a size US 10 men and I had an Bikila EVO that fit me perfectly in a size 43. I ordered the same size in 43 for this V-Run model since the sole is exactly the same as the EVO. I was right, perfect fit. It has holes in the upper for more breathability. Sole is normal and they fit great.

I’m pretty happy with these shoes, the size was the same as my last pair of vibram shoes. I use them for running and I wear them at the gym. I had to buy toe socks to use with them because they rub on my left heel until the skin comes off. That doesnt happen on my right foot for some reason. I had the same issue with my last pair tho so I think it’s my feet.

Love these shoes! I am super rough on shoes and these are the only ones that actually last on my feet. Not many places sell these so it’s worth the buy!
